Shipping policy

All orders will have a tracking number through USPS to track your jewelry order. Customers should provide a safe and secure address for shipping. Orders that have been confirmed as delivered through USPS tracking will not be eligible for a refund or credit. We are not responsible for missing/stolen packages or addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing. Standard shipping is $6.00 and should arrive 3-4 business days after processing time. Priority shipping is $11.00 and should arrive 1-2 business days after processing time.

Returned Packages will be charged $6.00 to ship the order again. The order will only be re-shipped once the correct address is confirmed by the customer. Should you receive an email from us about a return package be sure to respond within 7 business days. If the correct mailing address is not confirmed within 7 business days the jewelry items will go back into our inventory for resale. Return packages that previously qualified for free shipping will be charged $6.00 to reship the items. If the $6.00 shipping fee is not paid to us within 7 business days the jewelry items will go back into our inventory for resale. 

*Orders that are listed on Shopify as Medium or High Fraud Alert can be held up to 14 days for investigation before shipment or refund.
